About this Webinar
Last year we presented a five-year snapshot showing the tectonic shifts in video consumption within Australian households. But how have things evolved one year on?
In this session, we’ll provide an update on a typical viewing day in Australia, spanning a variety of video platforms, devices, and content genres to understand the ‘what, when, where, how, and why' of video content consumption, including :
- Changes in viewing across platforms
- Shifts in SVOD subscriptions
- How Content and FAST are evolving; and
- The rise of ad-supported video viewing
These findings are based on exclusive new research from our Total Video report - an independent study of more than 1,500 Australian video viewers, leveraging a robust diary methodology to paint a vivid one-day picture of video content viewing habits.
This work will be presented by Peter Hammer, the former Head of Insights and Analytics in Asia-Pacific for Warner Bros Discovery. Also a graduate of the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute, he now advises some of the largest media businesses across ANZ, Europe and Asia in audience measurement and advertising / content effectiveness.
