We strive to provide you with the highest level of customer support. When submitting a ticket, please provide as much information as you can so that we can identify you when we search for your records. This will help speed the answer to you question.
SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS: If it concerns your subscription, we need your order # and the full name and email you used when you placed your order.
MEMBERSHIP ACCESS: For membership concerns or access problems, we need your login name and or full name and email used when registering for your membership so we can locate you in our system.
Without this information, you will only recieve a response requesting the information which could add another day to your resolution. Your cooperation is appreciated.
